Resilience Village aims to make the world
a better place, one person at a time.

We offer a 3-day, 2-night retreat designed to renew people and help them learn self-care in both body and mind. The retreat takes place in a peaceful mountain setting and is led by licensed psychologist and founder of Resilience Village, Dr. Kari O'Grady.
Dr. O'Grady has put together a team of wellness professionals to address the overall wellbeing of attendees and provide them with a psychological toolkit for building resilience.
