Resilience Leadership Incubators
Learning is not only more fun when engaged with others than alone, it is also more deeply integrated and retained. Resilience Leadership Incubators® are cohorts of 15 people who actively learn together in an outdoor setting. Team members collaborate to address real-life case studies of catastrophes by bringing to bear their own experiences in conjunction with course content material to enact novel solutions to tough organizational and community challenges.
Local Resilience Leadership Incubators® are made up of team members who gather together face-to-face outdoors and hike together as they learn Resilience Leadership skills. Cross-national Resilience Leadership Incubators® virtually bring together team members from around the globe to learn Resilience Leadership Skills together as they hike outdoors in their respective locations.
